Role Purpose

As a CSR Specialist , you will design, execute, and govern strategic CSR programs aligned with healthcare and pharma priorities such as public health, education, sustainability, and community development . You will collaborate with internal teams, NGOs, and government bodies to ensure measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Program Management
• Plan and execute CSR initiatives focused on healthcare access, preventive care, and sustainability.
• Translate community needs and business priorities into scalable, high-impact programs.
• Develop annual CSR strategy, budgets, KPIs, and action plans in collaboration with leadership and CSR Committee.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong partnerships with NGOs, foundations, hospitals, and government agencies.
• Manage internal and external communication for CSR initiatives.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure adherence to CSR regulations under Companies Act, 2013.
• Prepare impact reports and presentations for leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Team Management
• Mentor CSR executives and interns.
• Promote employee volunteering and community engagement programs.
