Job Title : Java Full Stack Developer (ReactJS + Python)

Experience : 4–6 years

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java , ReactJS , and Python to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, integrating modern front-end interfaces with robust back-end services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java , ReactJS , and Python .
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with UI / UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Implement automated testing, CI / CD pipelines, and code reviews.
Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the stack.
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose technical improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science , Information Technology, or related field.

4–8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot preferred).

Hands-on experience with ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, Redux).

Good working knowledge of Python for scripting, integration, or microservices.

Experience with RESTful API design and development.

Familiarity with database technologies — SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

Experience with version control systems (Git) and DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes) .

Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP .

Knowledge of modern CI / CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization.

Experience integrating third-party APIs and authentication (OAuth, JWT).

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team environment.

Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
