Job description

Role : Nice incontact

Experience : 4 To 10 years

Location : Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore

  • Required Technical Skill Set : Experience in working on Nice InContact Cloud solution.
  • In Depth Knowledge in In-Contact cloud solutions

Development experMinimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

  • 1.5+ years of experience in working on Nice InContact Cloud solution, in Depth Knowledge in In-Contact cloud solutions.
  • 2.Knowledge of designing and development of strategies & IVR coding through In-Contact Studio, BAU support, knowledge in Java for IVR call flow coding and migration.
  • 3.Ability to work on creating and writing APIs and good knowledge in writing SQL Scripts
  • 4. Skills in Tools like In View, In-Contact Press Path, In-Contact Softphones(Max), In-Contact Call back tools

  • 5.Design and Development of IVR call flow using NICE In-Contact,
  • Expertise in resolving issues and bug fixing,

    Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role :
