Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Marketplace - Sr. Associate at Confluencr. The responsibilities include managing and growing the influencer network, coordinating influencer collaborations and campaigns, maintaining effective client and partner relationships, tracking campaign metrics, and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met. Additionally, the role may involve conducting market research, sourcing new influencers, and offering insights to optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in influencer outreach, relationship management, and campaign coordination
• Proficiency in using data analytics to monitor and optimize campaign performance
• Experience in digital marketing, social media platforms, and the influencer industry
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers and clients
• Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee campaigns and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in tools related to influencer marketing, CRM platforms, and analytics software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in influencer marketing or a digital marketing agency is a strong advantage
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively
