Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Surat for a Franchise Executive. The Franchise Executive will oversee franchise operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new franchise partners, managing relationships with existing franchisees, supporting business development strategies, and addressing operational challenges. The role requires regular communication and coordination with teams to drive franchise success.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Operational expertise including problem-solving, process optimization, and franchise management
• Effective communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of marketing strategies and sales techniques
• Willingness to travel to franchise locations as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in franchise

Salary : 20-25K Per Month
