Security Operation Delivery Manager

Your Role :

The Security Operation Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing cybersecurity operations delivery, ensuring service excellence, and driving performance through data insights and stakeholder engagement. This role requires strong knowledge of cyber operations workflows, influencing capabilities, and relevant technical expertise.

• Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations across multiple technology domains ensuring smooth delivery.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, contractual deliverables, and service quality targets consistently.
• Collaborate with technology leads and factory model teams across SOC / SIEM, Email Security, IAM, Cloud, and Network Security.
• Manage specialized tools and platforms such as Azure Sentinel, Flare, Cybel Angel, Qualys, Anomali, and MDO.
• Conduct daily stand-ups to maintain operational control, visibility, and alignment.
• Drive service improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership , providing recommendations based on best practices and operational insights.
• Monitor and manage incidents, problems, and change requests within defined scope and timelines.
• Analyze operational metrics and KPIs , translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) aligned with contractual terms and governance standards.
• Handle escalations effectively , support scope changes, and ensure compliance with audit and governance frameworks.
• Manage team availability, shift rosters, and performance dashboards , guiding delivery teams to align with customer expectations.
