Associate Project Manager

Roles & Responsibility :

1.Spearhead the identification, evaluation, and development of new business opportunities, greenfield projects, and strategic partnerships in line with corporate goals.

2.Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, regulatory environments, and potential areas for expansion.

3.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects and investment targets.

4.Lead the end-to-end due diligence process for potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions, covering financial, commercial, legal, and operational aspects.

5.Create detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and risk assessments to build robust business cases for new ventures.

6.Prepare detailed investment memorandums and reports to support decision-making by senior leadership.

7.Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with key government bodies, regulatory authorities, private sector partners, industry associations, and other critical stakeholders.

8.Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and forums to advocate for our interests and build strategic alliances.

9.Navigate complex regulatory and policy landscapes to ensure project viability and compliance.

Prepare and craft high-impact, persuasive proposals, business cases, and presentations for review and approval by executive management and headquarters.

10.Clearly articulate complex financial information, strategic rationale, and project roadmaps to diverse audiences.

11.Ensure all documentation is of the highest quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
