Role
The Client Services Team are experts in using the software and all its functionality. Within this team, the Client Delivery Engineer is responsible for the technical implementation work involved in configuring and integrating the software for a client.
Specific responsibilities include :
- Working alongside a Client Services Manager to provide technical assistance in implementing the software as part of a documented implementation plan for implementation projects
- Working with APIs, SFTP and the User Interface to integrate client data into data structure
- Using a range of data formats, such as json, xml or csv to receive client data and transform data into internal formats by authoring jinja2 transforms
- Quickly understand and manipulate large and complex client datasets including debugging of error messages and identifying bad data formats
- Following data integration, ensuring that the client's required functionality is performing as expected with detailed testing and validation of expected usage
- Deliver user training and documentation to internal teams on functionality
- Contribute to technical discussions with client technical teams
- Identify potential improvements in processes within the team
- Adapt internal scripts (predominantly in Python) for internal tooling
