About Tramp India Tramp India is a growing travel brand delivering seamless travel experiences, curated itineraries, and exceptional service to explorers across India. We are expanding our internal sales team and are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable travel sales executive to join our office team.
Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound travel queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social platforms.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable domestic packages (special focus on Himachal, Kashmir, Meghalaya, Goa, Uttarakhand, etc.).
Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client needs.
Convert leads to bookings while maintaining strong follow-ups.
Coordinate with operations, hotel partners, transport team, and vendors for pricing and confirmations.
Maintain CRM entries, lead pipeline, communication logs, and booking details accurately.
Maintain relationships with repeat clients and ensure smooth post-booking service.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
