Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher for Play School, located in Gurugram. The Teacher will primarily be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, conducting interactive teaching sessions, fostering early childhood education skills, and ensuring a positive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include training young learners in foundational skills, ensuring child safety, and maintaining regular communication with parents about progress and developmental milestones.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Lesson Planning and Education to design age-appropriate learning experiences

Excellent skills in Teaching and Training to actively engage young learners

Exceptional Communication skills to connect with children, parents, and staff effectively

Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude to support a child-friendly learning environment

A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field is preferred

Prior experience working with young children in a teaching capacity is advantageous
