Position : Procurement cum SAP Executive

Working Location : Ulwe Navi Mumbai

Education : Graduate

Experience : Min hand on 3 Yrs in procurement , SAP,PPT, Excel reports

Required : Fluent in Communication and immediate joiner , locality from Mumbai only

Duty : 6 Days working with rotational shift

Job Description :

• Excel Data collection & Reporting ,Presenting :
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation, Presentation data in master excel.
• Skilled in generating reports, Diagram ,PPT and making dashboards using tools like Excel-
• Communication :
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP.
• Process and monitor Service Entry Sheets (SES) for vendor services.
• Maintain and update Stores inventory using SAP MM module.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for payment processing and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in SAP for all procurement and store-related transactions.
• Maintain records of inward and outward material movement.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts)
• Analyze procurement and inventory data for decision-making.
• Generate weekly / monthly reports for management review.

Important Note : First round of interview will be in OCS office Thane and after clearance for first round second round will be conducted at Client place that is in Ulwe
