Job Description – Senior Executive / Manager

Department : Purchase

Location : Chennai / Kakkalur Plant

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Salary : ₹5 LPA

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute procurement of cells, BMS, connectors, chargers, and electronic components .
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors .
• Negotiate best pricing, payment terms, and lead times .
• Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) , ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, and Stores for material requirements.
• Maintain minimum inventory levels without affecting production flow.
• Verify GRN, invoices, and payment approvals with Accounts.
• Track supplier performance (quality, delivery, service).
• Ensure compliance with ISO / IMS standards and Shizen’s procurement policy.
