Key Responsibilities :

Create modify and managePNRsusing Amadeus.

Handleinternational flight bookings re-issuances cancellations and refunds.

Deliverexceptional customer servicethrough effective communication.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and quality guidelines.

Work innight shiftsand handle time-sensitive travel requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory knowledge of Amadeus(GDS).

Excellent communication skills(verbal & written).

Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.

Ability to work comfortably innight shifts.

Experience : 0- 4 yearsin a travel domain.

Freshers withAmadeus knowledge and strong communication skillsare also encouraged to apply.
