CRM Executive Sales Representative

Role : Manage end-to-end manufacturing of milling machines — including fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, and final quality checks. Ensure machines are produced as per drawings, BOM, and timelines. Supervise workshop teams and maintain smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and oversee daily machine manufacturing activities
• Supervise fabricators, welders, machinists, fitters
• Ensure accurate fabrication, assembly & QC at every stage
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and stores
• Maintain material availability, tools, and production discipline
• Improve processes to reduce rework & increase efficiency
• Ensure safety, 5S, and shop-floor standards
