Software Quality Automation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled SDET with strong expertise in Java, Selenium, Playwright, and CI / CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong testing mindset, ability to design robust automation frameworks, and collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality, scalable software. Experience or interest in AI-driven testing solutions is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience - 2+ years of experience
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Playwright.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable automation scripts for UI, API, and functional test coverage.
• Integrate automation suites with CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with developers to promote a shift-left approach and ensure early defect detection.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding / testing best practices.
• Analyze test execution results, debug failures, and work with teams for quick resolution.
• Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and overall quality engineering processes.
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI-based testing tools, auto-script generation, or intelligent defect prediction (good to have).
