Job description

Sales strategy and execution :

Assist the sales manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Set and manage sales objectives, targets, and key performance indicators for the team.

Help identify new markets, sales channels, and business opportunities.

Team management and development :

Supervise, coach, and mentor sales team members to improve their skills.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

Assist in hiring new talent.

Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent customer service.

Performance monitoring and reporting :

Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems.

Client and administrative tasks :

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing sales records or preparing documents.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
