Fundraising & Donor Engagement
- Identify, research, and build a comprehensive pipeline of potential donors, including corporates (SMEs and large enterprises), international foundations, and multilateral agencies.
- Drive CSR funding opportunities through strategic outreach, relationship management, and compelling proposal development.
- Initiate cold calls, schedule meetings, and present the organisation's vision and impact to prospective partners and funders.
- Craft customised concept notes, proposals, and presentations aligned with donor priorities and expectations.
- Lead funding negotiations and finalise agreements, MoUs, and contracts in collaboration with internal legal and program teams.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with donors, corporate partners, and institutional stakeholders.Represent the organisation at conferences, sectoral events, and donor forums to build visibility and foster strategic alliances.Ensure regular and transparent communication with partners, sharing impact stories, reports, and project updates.Campaigns & Employee Engagement
