Inside Sales Manager (B2B) – Bangalore

We are expanding our B2B business and looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager who can lead outreach to corporates, universities, training partners, and enterprise clients.
What you will do
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycle – lead generation, pitching, solution presentation, negotiation, and closures.
- Build strong relationships with L&D heads, CXOs, HR, academic institutions, and channel partners.
- Manage and nurture the inside sales team to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to deliver customised proposals.
- Create and execute outreach campaigns for corporate training, academic partnerships, and bulk certification programs.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM discipline.
- Represent DataMites in client meetings, virtual demos, and partner onboarding sessions.
What we expect
4–8 years of B2B inside sales experience (EdTech, SaaS, Training, Certification, or HR Solutions preferred).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Strong communication and consultative selling skills.Ability to understand client needs and map them to suitable training / learning solutions.Experience leading or mentoring a sales team is a strong plus.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Why join DataMites
