Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Test Engineer to join our dynamic security and compliance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, execution, and management of comprehensive security testing initiatives across enterprise-grade applications and systems. With a strong foundation in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) integration, this role will play a pivotal part in safeguarding critical digital assets for clients across diverse industries including media & entertainment, healthcare, financial services, and high-tech.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security testing efforts including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, configuration reviews, and API security assessments.
• Develop and maintain security test strategies, test plans, and execution frameworks aligned with industry standards and client requirements.
• Perform advanced manual and automated security testing using tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nessus, Qualys, AppScan, and custom scripts.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize security vulnerabilities across web, mobile, cloud (Azure / AWS), and API-based systems.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to embed security testing early and continuously in CI / CD pipelines.
• Author detailed security test reports with clear risk ratings, remediation guidance, and executive summaries for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay ahead of emerging threats, attack vectors, and security trends; contribute to internal knowledge sharing and security awareness programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS across client engagements.
• Mentor and guide junior security testers and QA engineers; foster a culture of security excellence.
• Participate in client-facing discussions, present findings, and support remediation efforts through collaboration and technical leadership
