About the Role
- We are hiring a motivated Inventory & Store Operations Executive (Fresher) to support our day-to-day kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the ropes of inventory management within a fast-paced food ecosystem. Good communication skills in English are required;
knowledge of Kannada ispreferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily inventory of raw materials, packaging supplies, and kitchen essentials.Ensure timely ordering, receiving, and stocking of items to prevent shortages.Maintain accurate stock records in our system and support periodic audits.Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of raw materials and consumables.Assist in negotiating pricing, quality, and payment terms for cost optimization.Support task allocation, performance tracking, and smooth store operations.Ensure compliance with F&B standards, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines.Monitor and report daily store activities, including material inflow & outflow.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, consumption, and wastage.Maintain records of purchase orders, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and invoices.Contribute to implementing best practices in inventory control and operations.Requirements :
Fresh graduates from any discipline;interest in operations or F&B is a plus.
Good communication skills in English;Kannada proficiency preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel).Proactive, organised, and responsible attitude.
