🌟 Role Overview

We’re looking for an Associate Manager / Manager – HRBP to lead HR operations and strategy at our JP Nagar Vidyapeeth . The role involves managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle —from hiring and onboarding to engagement, performance, and retention—while aligning people initiatives with business goals.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding & induction.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities—documentation, confirmations, transfers & exits.
• Implement and monitor the performance appraisal process.
• Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Ensure labor law compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Handle employee relations , grievance resolution & disciplinary actions.
• Support training & development programs and leadership capability building.
