We are currently hiring for the position of  Customer Relationship Executive  for our client, an insurance giant, one of India's leading insurance companies.

Role :  Customer Support Executive

Experience Required :  Minimum  1 year of experience in any sales industry

Location :  Vashi

Employment Type :  Full-time

Shift timings :  9 : 30 am to 7 pm

Working Days :  5 / 6 days (as per process)

Salary :   20,000 / - to 27,000 / -

Industry :  Insurance / Health Insurance

Key Responsibilities :

• Handling customer queries related to health / insurance products
• Providing accurate information and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with internal teams for quick resolutions
• Maintaining call quality and service standards
