Key Responsibilities :

• Provide top-tier client service to both individual and corporate clients on Global Immigration matters.
• Processing work permits for Europe and APAC
• Manage cases efficiently following the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Guide clients seamlessly through the immigration process, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
• Take full responsibility for all aspects of each case, ensuring positive outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest immigration laws and actively contribute to our monthly immigration updates.

Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 5-6 years of professional experience in immigration or related fields.

Experience in processing work permits is a must for Europe and APAC

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a global team environment.

Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and hit targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
