Work Experience – 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow + ability to Manage Operations team

Location – Bangalore (Work from Office – BTP)

Shift - Afternoon shift support aligned with UK customer requirements (Flexibility to extend as needed) Immediate or earliest possible joiners preferred

Contract Duration : 6-12 months

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience and ability to lead a team of administrators to support an UK client in enhancing and providing operational support.

Comfortable working from the office during evening shifts, and flexible to accommodate extended hours as per customer demands.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, configure, and administer solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
• Handle day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules.
• Work on enhancements, customizations, and support during ServiceNow releases / upgrades.
• Manage and resolve operational tickets and service requests related to ServiceNow.
• Support core ServiceNow modules : o ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) o SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management / PPM) o ITAM (Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Application Lifecycle Management)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in unit testing, UAT, and deployment of ServiceNow updates.
• Provide timely support during and after business hours based on customer needs.
