Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali district for a Business Development Executive (BDE) in the US Sales Process. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, Cold Calling Prospects, executing lead generation strategies, managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders. The role involves achieving sales targets, understanding client needs, and contributing to the overall business growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market.
Identify, qualify, and generate leads through B2B outreach.
Build quick rapport with decision-makers and understand their business needs.
Present product value propositions and schedule meetings or demos.
Maintain accurate and updated data of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve weekly / monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor insights.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
Excellent verbal communication skills with strong confidence in US client interaction.
Ability to handle objections and build rapport over the phone.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn and grow.
Strong organisation and time management skills.
Familiarity with HubSpot or any CRM is a plus.
Willingness to work in US shift timings.
Qualifications
Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure opportunities
Experience in Business strategy and Account Management to manage and grow client relationships effectively
Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle fast-paced work conditions
Proven sales experience and a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
