Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leisure Travel Consultant based in Fort - Mumbai, India. The role involves providing expert travel consulting services, assisting customers with their travel needs with regards to

Domestic & International Hotel / Holiday Packages /

Car Rentals / Travel Insurance

and other travel-related services

and managing end-to-end travel plans. The Consultant will ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction while maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management

Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service and assisting with Leisure Travel requirements

Experience in facilitating Domestic & International Hotel / Holiday Packages /

Car Rentals / Travel Insurance

and other travel-related services.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a client-focused environment

Proficiency in using relevant booking software.

A keen understanding of domestic and international travel processes and requirements.

Geographical knowledge on destination.

Preferably holds a degree or certification in Travel, Tourism, or a related field

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries
