About the Role :
Were looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition and subscription revenue across paid channels. You'll own strategy, execution, and optimization across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads while experimenting with emerging growth channels. This is a hands-on role with high ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on Facebook / Instagram and Google Ads.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and long-term subscription revenue growth.
- Identify and expand key audience segments using data-driven insights.
- Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies through structured testing and iteration.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze subscription metrics (CAC, LTV, trial-to-paid conversion, churn, retention cohorts, renewal rates, ROAS).
- Translate performance insights into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with product, business, and analytics teams to align marketing with broader company goals.
- Manage and forecast budgets, ensuring spend efficiency and strong ROI.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, industry trends, and emerging performance marketing practices.
Who You Are :
58 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially in display advertising via Google Ads and Facebook / Instagram.Engineering or MBA degree from a top institution.Proven success managing and scaling high-budget campaigns in subscription-based businesses.Deep understanding of subscription growth levers like trials, retention cohorts, and paywall optimization.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategy.Self-starter who thrives in ownership and execution with minimal supervision.Strong grasp of audience behavior, ad platform dynamics, and market trends.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.Prior experience driving performance marketing for a global brand is a strong plus.Comfortable being hands-on with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting (no direct reports initially).
