Job Description

Purchase Requisition Review : process / validate purchase requisitions and advance them into various queues for processing. Amend and change purchase orders as necessary. Transmit various documents to suppliers (POs, etc.). Create Request for Quote - Sourcing (RFQ) : Seek input from client and key stakeholders regarding supplier response and follow any special instruction mentioned in the purchase requisition. Work with suppliers for timely response to quote requests.

Qualifications

Graduation French language skills, minimum level B2 Indirect Procurement & Sourcing experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Knowledge and working experience in tools such as MS Outlook, MS Project, Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Experience in E – Procurement systems SAP, SRM / Ariba / Coupa - would be an advantage.
