Work Hours : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM
Week Off : Saturday & Sunday

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
- Domestic Technical Recruiter
- to support hiring for high-demand engineering roles in the
- Semiconductor, Automotive, IoT, and Smart Device
- domains. The ideal candidate should have strong experience hiring for niche skills such as
- Embedded Engineers, Connectivity Engineers, Firmware Developers, Protocol Engineers, and System Software roles
This role requires a strong understanding of technical skill sets, sourcing strategies, and end-to-end recruitment within the Indian talent market.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions includingEmbedded SystemsConnectivity (Wi-Fi, BT, GNSS)FirmwareDevice DriversAutomotive ECU, andIoT engineeringroles.Source candidates through job portals, databases, , employee referrals, and networking.Screen profiles for technical fitment, relevant domain experience, and project exposure.Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process to ensure minimal drop-offs.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineers in semiconductor, automotive, and IoT skill areas.Partner closely with delivery managers to understand project needs, skill requirements, and hiring priorities.Prepare and share daily / weekly hiring reports and dashboards.Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with HR operations.Required Skills & Experience
2–8 years of experience as aDomestic Technical Recruiterin the Indian market.Strong experience hiring forEmbeddedConnectivityFirmwareSemiconductorAutomotive, orIoTengineering positions.Ability to understand technical job descriptions and evaluate candidate expertise.Proficiency in sourcing platforms : Naukri, , Indeed, internal ATS, etc.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.Good to Have
Experience recruiting for
Tier-1 semiconductor clients, automotive OEMs, product companies, or engineering service firms.Understanding of skills like C / C++, RTOS, Linux kernel, BLE / Wi-Fi stacks, embedded protocols, BSP, ECU testing, etc.
