We are looking for a proactive and passionate IT Recruiter to work as an onsite implant at one of our esteemed client locations. In this hybrid role, you’ll be the go-to recruitment expert embedded within the client’s environment, supporting their tech hiring needs from the inside. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, loves interacting with stakeholders, and can find a backend developer faster than someone can say “Java,” we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as an Onsite Recruitment Partner : Work closely with the client’s internal HR and tech teams to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing : Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels to find and engage top IT talent.
• Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment on role requirements, timelines, and candidate quality.
• Candidate Experience : Deliver an exceptional experience to candidates through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Reporting & Metrics : Maintain and share regular updates, dashboards, and reports on recruitment progress with both internal and client teams.
