Real Estate Manager

What success looks like in this role :

Provides direction to assigned Real Estate associates and allied team members.

Oversees efforts to :

o Identify evaluate and monitor investments across assigned Real Estate initiatives and / or sectors

o Gather and synthesize market data to help with investment and related decision making

o Develop and maintain financial models and analyses for assigned real estate classes

o Assist with and / or perform due diligence data gathering and analysis

o Prepare and utilize proposal packages for negotiations

o Collaborate with third parties including brokers bankers joint venture partners and other stakeholders

o Work with property management and leasing teams to optimize cash flow.

Effectively leads teams to accomplish market research functions.

Ensures team members possess / develop required skills and capabilities.

You will be successful in this role if you have :

BA / BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

0-2 years leadership experience
