Are you a legal professional with a strong grasp of corporate and contract law? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our Legal & Corporate Affairs team, based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft and review commercial, EPC, financial, and other legal agreements Ensure adherence to all applicable corporate and regulatory laws Conduct compliance audits and mitigate legal risks Lead legal dispute resolution, arbitration, litigation, and due diligence Liaise with external counsel, authorities, and internal stakeholders Desired Profile :

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LLM in Corporate Law preferred 5+ years of experience in corporate legal practice Strong negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple legal projects in a dynamic environment
