Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Manager at NeobuildVentures #Mana Projects Pvt Ltd located in Bengaluru. The Legal Manager will be responsible for legal document preparation, legal consulting, ensuring legal compliance, and overseeing legal affairs on behalf of the company.

Qualifications

• Law and Legal Affairs skills
• Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting skills
• Experience in Legal Compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of real estate laws is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field LLB, LLM
• coordinating with enquiries of Customers and CRM
• Legal document drafting
• Real-estate Background is must
• Conducting research on legal issues associated with cases Interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence, and interviewing experts to support the case Drafting legal briefs and motions to be submitted to the court Presenting cases in court by arguing facts and citing laws Gathering evidence to be used in trial Conducting depositions Must have the skills to convince a judge, jury, the other counsel Knowledge of substantive and procedural law Strong written and oral advocacy skills, Analytical and logical reasoning abilities Ability to synthesize complex legal and factual materials Knowledge of legal research techniques and software Key Skills Required : Real Estate experience & Kannada are mandatory. Substantive Knowledge on Law and Legal Procedures Knowledgeable about constitutional and civil law Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
