Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle hiring for roles like Software Developers, DevOps, Data Engineers, QA Automation, etc.
Work closely with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring plans.
Source, screen, and shortlist strong technical talent across multiple channels.
Improve current hiring processes and help build innovative talent-scouting strategies.
Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional candidate experience.
Requirements
2–5 years of tech recruitment experience.
Strong understanding of technical roles and skillsets.
Good communication and stakeholder management.
Experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
