Job descriptionReview of LOI / PO received from respective Region Understanding of Document received together with LOI / PO i.E. PWS / PDS / Specs sheet & drawings FG (Finished Goods) Code creation on based on documents review & code creation guideline Creation of WO / SO in SAP as per guideline / SOP making sure all correct / mandatory Parameter with data hygiene Day to day coordination with respective Stake holder i.E. Region / Design Team / Procurement / Production planning / production & client as per requirements Coordination between Design team, QC team & Region / Client for respective documents approval as soon as WO# released Coordination with Proposal / Estimation team as & when require to make sure creation & release of respective WO# creation / Revision & release on time Sharing of Order Acceptance with client / Region within 3 days of receipt of LOI / PO Close coordination with Sales coordinator to take care of Region fast track requirement Tracking of drawing approval & coordination with Region for any CDD revision if applicable (claimable to client) managing CDD revision tracking sheet on regular day to day basis Weekly OTD (On Time Delivery) review together with Production Planning team Monthly OTD Matrix finalization & sharing with Senior Leadership team on first week of each month Preparation of daily PMG Matrix data Daily sharing WO creation status with challenges with Site Head with challenges if any Preparation of PO / Order tracking sheet & follow up of with respective based on PO terms & condition with respective i.E. for document release / PI release for payment / Invoice preparation coordination / Order HOLD & Cancellation + Revision etc…
