The HR Intern understands UEIs core business and the technical expertise needed to successfully turn ideas into reality. This role partners with hiring managers to fill the staffing needs of each department at UEPL Bangalore. As a member of the HR team the HR Intern is expected to maintain the highest level of customer focus and integrity . This position is based out of our office on Racecourse Road and the incumbent will work from office.

Responsibilties

• Managing multiple requisitions (technical support entry level and senior) across multiple teams & locations
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Managing and driving end-to-end recruitment process including : Sourcing resumes from various sources such as Jobsites LinkedIn etc. Scheduling interviews of s / l candidates Managing tests video call interviews and on-site interviews
• Ensure hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted in an efficient and professional manner
• Other HR related duties as assigned by the Head Human Resources.
• These could include and not limited to : Attendance and Leave management updating T register assistance in audits etc.
