Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management Planning Domain

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Act as the Business / Process Architect, leading whiteboarding and solutioning sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Drive business architecture and transformation initiatives, including Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, and Business Capability Modelling.
• Lead process discovery, optimization, and improvement projects to drive measurable outcomes.
• Develop and enhance assets, accelerators, and use cases to support solution delivery.
• Support business development and proposal solutioning (RFPs) with thought leadership and domain expertise.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, influencing stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.

Professional & Technical Expertise :

• Hands-on experience with leading BPM / Process Architecture tools such as ARIS, Blueworks, Signavio, LeanIX, BiZZdesign, or Alfabet.
• Conceptual understanding of key business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Hire-to-Retire (H2R).
• Familiarity with ERP / CRM transformation programs and emerging technologies (Automation, Analytics, RPA, etc.).
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).
• Strong business acumen to translate process insights into strategic recommendations.
