Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Cluster Head at ELEVA FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (BILLXX). The Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, driving business growth in the assigned region, and leading a team of professionals to achieve financial goals. Responsibilities include supervising field operations, strategizing to improve market performance, building strong client relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and achieving sales targets while upholding company values and standards. This role also requires analyzing regional market trends and effectively addressing challenges to ensure the organization's strategic objectives are met.

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and motivating diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities to drive operational efficiency and meet performance metrics.
• Sales expertise, client relationship management, and business development experience to master diverse market dynamics.

• Knowledge of financial technology, digital payment systems, and microfinancing services is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or similar qualification is a plus.
