RSA Archer Technical Specialist

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

7+ years of experience as a RSA Archer developer

Good-to-Have

Basic understanding of banking and financial services domain to understand requirements

Familiarity with agile development methodology / JIRA and requirements backlog management Involvement in development projects, with exposure to Operational Risk, GRC

Understanding of o Data mapping, relational data, and object orientation

Data processing such as ETL, parsing and data quality related issues

Operational environments, dev Ops, restart / recovery, etc

General development environment skills (code control, IDE’s), understand processes such as unit testing, documentation, design

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Experience working with RSA Archer designer to create dart views, map UI fields and backend queries

2 Good knowledge of GRC in finance domain

3 Experience implementing and testing of various RSA Archer modules,

4 Experience in system integration, plugin development and data flow to RSA Archer

5 Code deployment and Configuration Management, Troubleshooting issues and defect fixes

6 Need to have Deep technical knowledge in systems, application frameworks, database optimization, and experience being responsible for the success of software development projects

7 Experience delivering projects using Agile methodology

8 Suggest and implement service improvements
