Job description

Develop and maintain monitoring systems for investment portfolios across asset classes, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and indenture requirements.

Conduct daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with trustees and service providers to ensure data integrity.

Translate investment guidelines into automated compliance rules for pre- and post-trade monitoring.

Track deal and warehouse cash balances, calculate warehouse fundings, and prepare drawdown requests.

Execute hypothetical trades to validate indenture compliance and proactively identify potential breaches.

Manage structured product cash flows, including interest payments, principal repayments, and expenses.

Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across investment strategies.

Investigating and resolving compliance breaches promptly.

Implement technology solutions to enhance compliance efficiency and scalability.

Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and controls.

Prepare and distribute compliance reports to investors, trustees, boards, and rating agencies.

Interpret and code complex investment guidelines and deal documentation for accurate monitoring.

Act as a key liaison between portfolio managers, trustees, legal counsel, rating agencies, and service providers.

Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve issues.

Manage and mentor compliance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

Lead audit preparation and regulatory reviews.

Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance programs accordingly.

Oversee data governance and reconciliation across investment strategies
