Plant Head – Bakery Production

📍 Location : Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

💼 Experience : Minimum 8-12 years in bakery production

🎓 Education : Degree in Food Technology, Food Science & Technology, or a related field

Key Responsibilities :

Production Planning & Execution : Ensure smooth production flow while optimizing resource utilization.

Material & Inventory Management : Oversee procurement and stock control to maintain efficiency and reduce wastage.

Manufacturing & Process Control : Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain quality and efficiency in production.

Team Leadership & Training : Lead a team and foster a high-performance culture.

Quality & Compliance : Ensure adherence to FSSAI and food safety standards in production.

New Product Development : Work closely with R&D to develop and introduce new bakery products.

Process Improvement : Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Key Skills & Competencies :

• ️ Bakery Production Expertise – Strong knowledge of bakery manufacturing, ingredient functionalities, and industrial production processes.
• ️ Technical Acumen – Understanding of baking technologies, raw material interactions, and shelf-life extension techniques.

• ️ Operational Excellence – Experience in SOP creation, adherence, and continuous process improvement.
