APAC Talent Acquisition Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience with excellent communication skills. This is an office-based role , perfect for anyone eager to kickstart their career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Delivery Head APAC , you will support sourcing and recruitment activities for high-end technology roles across the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in candidate engagement, research, and building strong talent pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process under guidance, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Engage with candidates daily via calls, emails, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pools.
• Assist in conducting LinkedIn research and other online sourcing activities.
• Provide timely updates and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand requirements.
