Stay up-to-date : Constantly explore new editing styles, transitions, techniques, and technologies to keep content current and impactful.

Shoot in-house videos : Handle all aspects of video production including lighting, sound, and camera setup.

Must Have Skills :

Proficiency in industry-standard editing software : Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.

Strong understanding of audio mixing, color correction, and post-production workflows.

Experience with motion graphics and animation tools.

Bonus Points If You :

Have experience working in marketing or advertising settings.

Can operate DSLR / mirrorless cameras and lighting setups confidently.

Are comfortable directing shoots or working with talent on set.

Have a knack for storytelling and branding.
