About the Role
As the General Manager for this development, you will oversee the operations of 425 apartments and approximately 700 residents, managing a highly complex and fast-evolving environment. Your role will require you to balance the needs of residents, the operational demands of the property, and the commercial objectives of the business. You’ll lead a team, engage with residents, and oversee various aspects of property management, leasing, and marketing, all while driving operational efficiencies and enhancing the overall living experience.

Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, suppliers, and contractorsConduct regular site inspections and maintain a visible presence on-siteServe as the main point of contact for external partnerships and collaborationsProperty Management
