About the Role
The Building Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, across the institute's cGMP manufacturing and research infrastructure. The role ensures equipment uptime, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness of critical utilities and systems. This includes HVAC systems, purified water systems, cleanrooms, electrical distribution, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, the coordinator will manage maintenance through a CMMS, uphold cGMP and EHS standards, and support audits, documentation, and CAPA processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop / manage asset register and PM / CM schedules.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, KPIs (PM completion, MTTR, MTBF), and spare parts inventory.
Execute maintenance per GMP, SOPs, and EHS protocols.
Coordinate maintenance for HVAC, BMS, purified water, and cleanroom systems.
Schedule and supervise external contractors.
Manage critical spares and reorder levels.
Liaise with tenants, QA, and Engineering to align maintenance with production.
Identify efficiency gains, cost reductions, and reliability improvements.
