Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor and report on business development activities and results.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Bachelors degreeMinimum of 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment and staffing industry or selling any HR related services.Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes and services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Perks and benefits
