This is a critical full-time role focused on maximizing the ROI and scaling user acquisition for our B2B SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Execution, & Optimization
Channel Ownership : Own the full lifecycle of all paid media campaigns across key platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and Campaign Manager, with a focus on B2B lead generation.
SaaS Strategy : Develop and execute advanced full-funnel PPC strategies tailored specifically for a SaaS product (including brand, competitor, high-intent, and retargeting campaigns), emphasizing conversions that lead to high Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Budget Management : Rigorously manage and optimize multi-million rupee budgets, performing daily and real-time bid adjustments and budget reallocation to ensure maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and efficient Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Creative Testing : Partner with the Content and Design teams to design, launch, and rapidly A / B test ad copy, creative assets, and landing page elements to continuously improve Quality Scores and conversion rates.
Tracking, Analysis, & Reporting
Attribution & Tracking : Lead the implementation and management of advanced tracking and attribution systems (including Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tagging) to ensure accurate multi-touch attribution from ad click to trial sign-up and pipeline creation.
Data Analysis : Conduct deep performance analysis using Google Analytics and other specialized analytics tools to generate clear, actionable insights and forecasts for stakeholders.
Forecasting & Reporting : Provide regular, detailed reports on campaign performance, budget pacing, and future spend recommendations, tying campaign success directly to business outcomes (MRR / ARR).
Requirements
SaaS Sector Experience is Mandatory : 5+ years of hands-on experience running and scaling PPC campaigns, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to a B2B or Enterprise SaaS product.
Platform Mastery : Expert-level proficiency in managing large-scale campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is required.
Technical Skills : Strong understanding of conversion tracking implementation, audience segmentation, bidding algorithms, and the sales cycle complexity unique to SaaS.
Analytical Prowess : Must be highly analytical with advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data manipulation and pivot table creation.
Certifications : Current Google Ads certifications (Search, Measurement) are strongly preferred.
