Technical Lead - JavaScript Frameworks

Description : About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead - JavaScript Framework to join our team and take ownership of the frontend architecture and development across mission-critical projects.

Youll lead a team of developers, establish best practices, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, Angular, or Next.js.

If you're a hands-on technologist with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for UI / UX, performance, and clean code, this is a high-impact role that offers both technical and strategic influence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead frontend development initiatives using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Design and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and reusable component libraries
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of frontend engineers
• Conduct regular code reviews, ensure quality, and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features end-to-end
• Own the technical delivery of key features and ensure deadlines are met with high-quality outcomes
• Translate product requirements into scalable frontend solutions
• Drive decisions related to frontend architecture, performance optimization, and scalability
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, APIs, and libraries to extend application functionality
• Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines and testing strategies for frontend code
• Stay current with the latest in frontend trends, frameworks, and tools
• Advocate for performance improvements, accessibility, and responsive design
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline development workflows
