Job description2-4 years of experience working with sports associations, agencies, NGO’s, Sports Foundations working in organizing Sports events, especially for children. Candidate having prior experience is mandatory. Professional License Course (Preferably NIS / International Level Player / National Level Player) Minimum qualification required (Mped / Bped). Associated with District & State Level associations / federation.
Roles & Responsibilities of a Coach – Sports Specific :
- Sports Specific for overall program implementation.
- Lead training sessions at HCLFoundation supported sports development centers & ensuring regular participation of program participants.
- Talent Scouting & Creating Excellence Team in respective locations.
- Effectively working on creating Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly reports on Talent Development Program of “Sports for Change Special Initiative”.
- Conducting summer & winter Camp for respective locations
- Closely Working on Standard Skill and Fitness Assessments.
- Handle logistics like participant travel, accommodation, Food, etc. duringthe sports events.
- The role would require extensive travel across India.
- Effective engagement of HCL employees at “Sports for Change” competition through creative and engaging strategies (employee volunteering).
Opening in various sports : Kabaddi, Volleyball, Kho Kho, Girl Cricket.
