1️⃣ Position : Supplier Quality Head

📍 Location : Chennai

🧩 Industry Experience : Must be from auto-component manufacturing

🎯 Experience Required : 12 – 15 years

🎓 Qualification : Diploma / BE – Mechanical / Production / Automobile

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, audit & develop outsourced machining (CNC turning) and heat-treatment vendors
• Implement and monitor supplier quality systems (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plans)
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions (8D / Why-Why)
• Lead supplier improvement, scrap reduction & quality enhancement programs
• Support new vendor development & ensure feasibility, sample approval, and ramp-up quality
